Watsons Taiwan is honoured to have a total of nine store managers being selected as the Excellent Store Managers, recognised by the Taiwan Chain Store and Franchise Association (TCFA). The TCFA award is one of the most prestigious awards in retail industry, all award-winning store managers had run through a series of selection process and been examined by mystery shoppers.

What makes Watsons Taiwan even prouder is that two of the winning store managers also won the Outstanding Store Manager Award, while one store manager received the Special Award (Operational Excellence). Congratulations!
