First Drive-through Watsons Store

Watsons Malaysia has launched a new innovative lifestyle concept store in Johor Bahru. This is Watsons Malaysia’s first stand-alone store with drive-through service, which allows customers to purchase through Watsons Mobile App and use the Click & Collect Express service to collect the products within 4 hours from the drive-through counter.

Watsons has also partnered with ZUS Coffee and opened a coffee store-in-store, offering a lifestyle shopping experience to customers. Customers can enjoy a coffee treat while shopping or waiting for their friends and family to shop.
