Every year, AS Watson is serving over 5.5 billion customers from all over the world. It’s important for us to ensure our products not only meet the highest safety standards, but also offer an opportunity for our customers to embrace a more sustainable lifestyle.  

One of our primary focuses is on our Own Brand products. We are dedicated to transforming our Own Brand products and reducing their environmental footprint from by providing refill options, a better selection of ingredients and packaging materials from sustainable sources.

Since 2014, we have been the first retailer in the world to ban the use of microplastics in our rinse-off Own Brand cosmetics/personal care products. We’re now taking further steps to eliminate unnecessary plastic packaging, promote 100% paper products and packaging made from sustainable sources as well as include RSPO-certified palm oil.
