Making remarkable progress in advancing sustainability across its global operations, AS Watson has unveiled its Sustainability Report 2024. As the world’s largest international health and beauty retailer, we are committed to giving back to our global community and fostering a better, more sustainable future by integrating these visions into our sustainability principles and business values.

We have advanced our sustainability journey with a focused approach:

• Planet - Further reduced greenhouse gas emissions in scopes 1 and 2 and partnered with the Consumer Goods Forum to drive climate transition action.
• People - Enhancing our people empowerment initiatives and supporting communities; notably, we have sponsored 8,000 free surgeries for children with cleft lips with Operation Smile.
• Products - Further reduced plastic waste, expanded our offer of refills, and made significant progress on our anti-deforestation commitments.
