Responsibilities:
Responsible to assist in implementation, execution & analyzing various business development projects and to ensure every new development plans met the Company’s target
To carry out effective analysis & result measurement reports for business development projects.
To assist to drive, co-ordinate & measure store re-vamp, refits, upgrading & expansion program and to liaise effectively with other department in ensuring results are delivered in a competent manner
To participate in store modeling & segmentation and to ensure the achievement on customer centric and competitive edge.
To work closely with Front Line/Operations Team for all pilot projects, roll out at store level and to ensure the feedback platform is established.
Requirement:
Must be at least a Degree holder in Business / Marketing or related fields with at least 2 years relevant working experience.
Those with experience in Project Management or Retail Development experience will be an added advantage.
Results-oriented, aggressive and must be able work in a face-paced environment with tight deadlines Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of people
