    Responsibilities:
  • Able to carry out work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, documentation, work independently and report to project manager.
  • Able to read drawings and attend project meetings and supervise a team of workers at site.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with complex management, landlord, supplier and contractors.
  • Administering pre & post estimations, control project cost and contract administration of construction cost.
  • Daily site control and coordination of progressive activities to ensure achievement of progress planned etc.
  • Responsible to handle repair and maintenance works at retail outlet.
  • Able to work beyond normal office working hours and willing to work anywhere in Peninsular Malaysia.

    Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess Degree in Project Management/Architecture/Building Construction.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Project on handling opening and refit at outlet is a MUST.
  • Preferably executive specializing in Project Management in retail industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & AUTOCAD is a must.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope with deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills. A good team player and able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Willing to travel and possess own transport.
